GATE 2014

GATE 2014 is going to be completely ONLINE for all 21 papers. The format of the examination will stay the same, with Multiple Choice Questions. Although the online paper will consist of some questions for which numerical answers must be keyed in using a virtual keypad.

GATE 2014 examination will be held during forenoon and afternoon sessions on alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday) between 1^st February 2014 and 2^nd March 2014. Some papers will have multiple sessions for GATE 2014.

The application process for GATE 2014 will be same as for GATE 2013. All information related to candidates will be available in a single GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS). Application for GATE 2014 will start in ONLINE mode, but will be deemed complete when the print out of the online application along with relevant documents is submitted to the respective Zonal GATE office, on or before 10^th October 2013.

The admit cards for your application will be downloadable from the Zonal GATE website from 1^st January 2014 onwards.
